Clothes, prints, totes & mugs will ship from the nearest location to you.
Cards ship from our studio in Melbourne, Australia.
All of our items are custom-made to order, and are dispatched within 2-7 business days.
Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within:
- Australia - 2-6 business days
- USA - 3-5 business days
- Rest of the world - 2-4 weeks
You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order has shipped. Cards ship untracked.
Returns and exchanges
Since our products are custom made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If ordering clothing, please carefully review the size chart before placing your order.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us at hello@milkandcookies.com.au, with your order number, a photo of the item and any other details, and we will be happy to help!
Product & Sizing

Our adult tees are a unisex style. Most women find their usual size fits best. For an oversized look, we recommend sizing up, and for a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down.
For kids & babies, if you're unsure which size to order, we always recommend sizing up - so they can grow into and enjoy their Milk and Cookies threads as long as possible! (They grow up so fast, don’t they?!)
All our garments are machine washable. Simply machine wash inside out in cold water, with mild detergent. Hang to dry or tumble dry on low. Do not iron.
Our prints are printed with the finest, archival, fade resistant inks on beautiful fine art paper. Your print will last many years if cared for.
• Hang your artwork away from direct sunlight, high heat or humidity
• Avoid touching the printed surface of the artwork. Hold the edges of your print to avoid smudges or marks
• Frame your artwork and use archival matting if possible
Environment
We believe in sustainable fashion. Rather than holding large amounts of stock, our garments are custom printed only when a customer buys them, a more sustainable approach which eliminates the waste commonly caused by over-production in the fashion & apparel industry. We also print with eco-friendly inks!
Yes! The paper we use for our cards is 100% recycled and FSC certified. This means that it comes from forests that are sustainably managed. It's also manufactured carbon neutral in Australia.
Cards come with 100% recycled kraft envelopes.
